Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period.
What happens after my trial?
When your 14-day trial ends, you'll be asked to choose a plan and enter payment details. If you don't subscribe, your account will be paused but your data will be preserved for 30 days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to take advantage of the 20% discount. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
Are there any additional fees?
Your subscription covers the platform. Additional costs: SMS messages are billed through your Twilio account based on usage. Payment processing has standard Stripe fees (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) plus a $1 platform fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
